Concentration Camp.
for spring summer 2011, kallol datta gave new life to his label literally in the form of the sperm print.. the print which will literally be everywhere next season was one of the key things in the collection which included a spoon print too. the collection seemed fresh and very new with introduction of new cuts and shapes, but it was still very kallol and very rooted to his brand gene.

this is what he had to say (to vogue) about his latest outing..
What is your latest collection about?
This is the first time we worked with a story line so to speak and it was basically about isolated monasteries and nunneries, which were converted into labour camps, the first-ever labour camps by the Soviet Secret Service. So with that story line in place we worked with our take of the theory of magnate conception and hence the sperm was in the print and babies with pacifiers and moving into bar codes and jail stripes to tie in with the concentration camps.
