What a brilliant novel!! I knew I was going to enjoy it, but wow it really was a masterpiece!

Science and a thrilling tale comes together in just the right way, and makes it a surprisingly quick read that you can't seem to put down.

The characters are so well formed, the dinosaurs so well described and the world that is Jurassic Park so vivid that you wish you were there, even if you have to deal with Velociraptors!

Crichton is a spectacular writer who leaves you intrigued, thrilled and wanting more!

I will pick up the next instalment as soon as I can. I can also see this becoming a regular re-read.

I'm off to watch the movie again :)

"And that's how things are. A day is like a whole life. You start out doing one thing, but end up doing something else, plan to run an errand, but never get there. . . . And at the end of your life, your whole existence has the same haphazard quality, too. Your whole life has the same shape as a single day."
