Shades of Love by Dimitris Yeros

 

 

A few years ago, photographer Duane Michals published the book The Adventures of Constantine Cavafy, a visual interpretation of the poems of Constantine Petrou Cavafy (1863 – 1933). Photographer Dimitris Yeros offers his take with the book Shades of Love: Photographs Inspired by the Poems of C. P. Cavafy. The book couples the works of the Greek poet with beautiful homoerotic images inspired by them.
